The Restaurant is in the centre of town, in Viale Regina Margherita in Cagliari. It consists of three large dining spaces, a terrace with an appealing view over the port and a Bistrot, and it can accommodate a total of 80 indoor diners and 80 external. The rooms are havens of quiet, with understated, minimalist furnishings, nicely contrasted by the many photos and paintings on the walls. Tables and chairs are chocolate brown, with red tablecloths and pearl grey walls. During the fine season you can eat outside. The service is directed in a masterly manner by the Chef and his young and talented assistants.

«The Restaurant targets a gourmet clientele in the evening, while at lunch we are happy to offer deliciously wholesome business lunches that are light on the pocket. Creative cuisine with its roots deep in the territory, a menu whose ingredients are mostly sourced from our own Island, full of specialities which all too often have been disregarded and forgotten. My my idea is to rediscover them and make them known to a large public, mine! Our choice ranges from raw fish entrées to oysters, a nice selection of first courses, with few but memorable ingredients. Second courses include tuna fish – a leading light – but also other seafood specialties. Naturally there are some meat dishes too, just a few but always carefully created and never missing. And to close on a high note, our desserts combining skilfully the ingredients with artisan ice cream, not just the usual slice of cake on a plate – we want them to be an integral part of the menu»
