The kitchen of the JRE chefs is served: from July 13 to November 30, 2020, the haute cuisine JRE Italia kicks off with a tasting menu costing 50 euros per person
The initiative involves the preparation of a freehand menu of the Chef (which will be built according to tastes and any special dietary needs).
It will consist of starter, first, second and sweet with wine in combination and coffee at a cost of 50.00 euros per person and will have to be chosen for the whole table (except if there are children)
I will be presented at lunch from Tuesday to Saturday and dinner from Monday to Thursday.
