Zeppola of baccalà on cream of mozzarella and smoked paprika
Soft cake of wild herbs, crispy mushrooms and creamy cheese
Home-made fregola cooked risotto-style with broccoli, red prawns and ginger
Ravioli of pot-roast beef, roast juice and Gran Sardo cheese 48 months
Fillet of fish of the day en croute of carasau bread, vegetables in vinaigrette sauce and saffron sauce

Goblet of sparkling wine to toast the New Year and...lentils
