  • Potato gnocchi with cuttlefish ink, burrata cheese, sea urchins and green mandarin peel
  • Raviolo filled with buffalo ricotta and wild herbs, lamb ragout, pan sauce and Grana Sardo cheese

Second courses
  • Steamed amberjack, smoked artichokes and lime sauce

  • Suckling pig cooked on a low heat for 48 hours, slices of black chickpea pancake and myrtle sauce
